New tracking. Touch fixed. Multiple Cameras. (v14)

Finally worked out the issues with touch and the new tracking system so you can actually draw on the canvas.   I think that tracking is the biggest improvement of the game since the first release.  If you can dial in the rgb settings it's way more forgiving of movement. 

Plus, you can now pick from the available webcams you have plugged in.  (credit to hansstan).
